Welcome again to post-humor America. Bill O'Reilly got in trouble this week after saying on Fox that he was distracted by Congresswoman Maxine Waters' "James Brown wig". Of course, that opened up the floodgates for righteous indignation on the "left", calling O'Reilly a racist and anti-woman. Seriously? He was neither. Mean-spirited? Maybe. Funny? Depends on your sense of humor. Hateful? I don't think so, but it's probably never a great idea to attack someone on the basis of their looks. Kelly and I talked about that this morning and why people who make jokes about Chris Christie are never accused of "fat shaming". - Chuck
