Angenette Marie Welk was originally arrested for DUI after her car re-ended another which sent it into the back end of a tractor trailer. In her mugshot she was seen grinning from ear to ear. It's unknown whether or not she knew that a passenger in that vehicle was hurt or dead.
She was later charged with DUI manslaughter for killing the 60-year-old passenger in the other car. In that mugshot, she had a more somber look.
