President Trump is making his first visit to Upstate New York since taking office. According to Congresswoman Elise Stefanik's website, he will be at Fort Drum Monday meeting with troops and signing the National Defense Authorization Act.
The President will also make a stop in Utica for a campaign event for Congresswoman Claudia Tenney.
