New York State Police pulled over a driver in Western New York that was completely covered in snow with the exception of the windshield. The car had a few inches of snow that covered all of the windows and the license plate.
They posted on Facebook " Troop A- Don’t be this guy!! Clear your lights and windows off for your safety and everyone else. I-90/33 and 190 Downtown Buffalo presently have the worst driving conditions. Drive safe"
