"GMA"Anchor Robin Roberts To Host ABC's NFL Draft

CoachArt's 9th Annual "Gala Of Champions" - Arrivals

She may be named after a baseball legend, but that doesn’t mean Robin Roberts doesn’t know her stuff when it comes to the NFL.

The popular “Good Morning America” host has been picked to host the NFL draft coverage on ABC. Roberts will be live from one of her favorite cities, Nashville, starting April 25th at 8 pm ET on both ABC and the network’s stream. Rece Davis and the crew from “College Game Day Built by Home Depot” will join her from a separate set.

Roberts will do the interviews and highlight the prospects. ABC’s coverage of the draft will be heavy, including back to back nights live.

In case you don’t remember, the current “GMA” host started her career as a “Sports Center” anchor for ESPN.
