Joe Biden issued a statement apologizing for what some woman are calling inappropriate touching. In the video he talks about how social norms have changed over the years and that now his overly friendly behavior isn't as acceptable as it once was. He vows to be better.
Donald Trump took the opportunity to edit the video which he posted to Twitter.
The former Vice President tweeted back at Trump "I see that you are on the job and presidential, as always."
