South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem says the Independence Day celebration at Mount Rushmore with President Trump in attendance won't require social distancing. The July 3rd event is expected to draw thousands of people who are not expected to wear masks either, but Noem says there will be free masks available. Officials said they are giving attendants the choice to "focus on personal responsibility" and that "every one of them has the opportunity to make a decision that they're comfortable with." President Trump is expected to make a speech to the 7,500 participants.
