A police offer received a threatening voicemail on his cell phone from a man claiming to be the IRS saying that he has committed fraud and must return the phone call. So he did. And they recorded the interaction, which has been viewed millions of times. The man claimed that the officer would be arrested by the end of the shift if he did not comply and wire money to them. The police department in Wisconsin recommends that if anyone receives a similar call, they shouldn't engage.
