With heatwaves come the threat of power outages, grumpy kids, unhappy pets, and sweat. You can get through it! Here are the most important tips to help make the high tempt time bearable.

  • Stay hydrated! We can’t stress this enough.
  • Stay out of the sun.
  • Check on vulnerable groups.
  • Keep kids distracted with indoor activities. Even if it means their noses are in devices. There’s also family game time.
  • Keep an eye on your pet and keep them indoor.
  • Know the symptoms of heat related illnesses.
