Man's Halloween Decorations Spark Outrage

One Atlanta homeowner did his best to try and entertain folks in his community but found out rather quickly that some people don't have a sense of humor.

Mike O'Neil wanted to decorate his house for Halloween and put together a display on his front lawn. The display features a scarecrow/pumpkin man with its pants partially pulled down, “mooning” people as they pass by the man’s home. He thought it was hilarious.

It appears that some neighbors didn't. He received a letter from the HOA asking that he take the display down because some neighbors complained and said they have young children in the community.

So the man decided to cover a certain part of that display with a sign that says the HOA is trying to censor him.

He hasn't decided if he'll take the display down.
