Sen. Ted Cruz appeared with the Czar this morningwhere he said that for as bad as Biden & Harris have been on the domestic front, “it is entirely possible” that their “foreign policy is even worse than their economic policy.”
He says that it is “embarrassing what's happening between Kamala touring Central America and Joe getting lost in Europe.”
Last week, 68 House Republicans signed a letter to Biden, blasting him for waiving sanctions on Russia's Nord Stream 2 Pipeline.
They write in the letter, “the completion of Nord Stream 2, which was slowed during the Trump Administration, will be a gift to Putin and his efforts to increase geopolitical influence in Europe....Waiving sanctions for Nord Stream 2 ‘because it’s almost completely finished' is the wrong message to our allies and partners and undermines our credibility and global leadership.”
Sen. Cruz said about the deal Biden cut with Putin:
“it's designed to put billions of dollars in the pockets of Putin and Russia for the next hundred years it's designed to make Europe totally dependent on Russia for energy which means they can cut off the energy and use it to engage an economic blackmail against Europe and it's designed to kill American jobs...
That is a generational geopolitical mistake, a generation from now the next dictator of Russia will be getting billions of dollars because Joe Biden was too weak to stand up to Putin, gave him a gift, and by the way in the process he screwed thousands of energy jobs here in the United States because he cares more about kissing up the tyrants than he does about blue collar working men and women in this country.”
