A woman in Albuquerque is making headlines for her accomplishments on the track. Her name is Julia "The Hurricane" Hawkins and she's 103-years-old. She just won gold medals in the 50 meter dash and the 100 meter dash.

A Rensselaer County man is making the most of his life after his life was saved by another's generosity. In 2015, David Gray had a massive heart attack. He ended up at Westchester Medical Center and was kept on life support for 77 days until a donor heart became available. It'll be three years in August since he got the new heart. He's doing fine now but Gray has never forgotten and he now goes back to Westchester at least once a week, every week, to help those who find themselves fighting for their lives, waiting for a transplant.
Gray says his messages of encouragement are simple and he accompanies them with a photo gallery of his brush with death and subsequent full recovery.
