More Trouble for the man in the Easter Standoff

More trouble for a Saratoga County man who was involved in a 20-hour standoff with police at a Halfmoon trailer park on Easter Sunday.

Michael Davis is now facing assault charges after a mid-April incident in the Saratoga County jail, where he's been held since the incident at the Halfmoon Heights mobile home park.

Sheriff's Office says Davis refused to comply with direct orders from correctional employees on April 20th, and got into a fight, sending a correction officer to the hospital.

He showed up at his wife's trailer on Easter, and barricaded himself inside. He fired a shot at officers, who later flooded the mobile home with tear gas.  He was arraigned in Milton Town Court on the latest charges on Wednesday....and is back at the jail.
