It would seem that a 54-year-old Rotterdam man just can't stop drinking and driving.
Police say they arrested Edward Varno--again--on Sunday. He has 5 previous DWI convictions dating back to 1990, two of them felonies. And he has a 6th drunk driving arrest and third felony charge pending in Schenectady County Court.
But there's more.
Police say Varno was behind the wheel on Bee St. on Sunday with a revoked driver's license, and 9 suspensions or revocations dating back to 2008. He was arraigned in Rotterdam Town Court, and is behind bars at the Schenectady County jail.
