Give Us 30: The UAlbany-CDTA Bus Incident

We have a new feature on Chuck and Kelly.  It’s “Give us 30” every Tuesday at 8:15. It’s your chance to be heard. This week, we are talking about the final chapter in the UAlbany-CDTA bus incident. Ariel Agudio and Asha Burwell were each sentenced to three years probabtion, 200 hours of community service, and a $1,000 fine. They could have received jail time, but the judge felt that would serve no purpose.

We asked what you thought about that, and the response was mixed.
