The head brewer for Brown's Brewing Company in Troy is dead.
The Rensselaer County Sheriff's Office says Peter Martin was killed earlier this week when he was trying to pull stumps out of his Hoosick Falls property.
His tractor flipped over on him, pinning him underneath.
