The Capital Region had a very special visitor yesterday...all the way from Florida: "Donut Boy"...9 year old Tyler Carach. He became a national sensation last summer when he saw some cops and wanted to show his appreciation. Tyler and his mom are on a 6 week road trip, delivering donuts to police all across the country. They were in Saratoga Springs and Troop G in Latham yesterday. This summer, Tyler will be delivering 10,000 "thank you donuts" to law enforcement officials in 10 states.

A 6-year-old just finished his first triathlon. He competed in tasks like swimming the length of a pool, riding his bike around a park. and running the length of 2 football fields. What's more impressive is that he was born with half of a heart and has had 3 open heart surgeries. You can see his celebration photo here.
A woman in Mississippi was picking up a prescription at Walmart when she saw a store employee helping a blind person do their shopping. The woman decided to snap a picture and post it to facebook to help spread the positivity.
