A sex offender in Albany has failed to register his change in residency so Albany police are asking for help finding him. Jason Burnash is convicted of possessing child porn. He is a 180lb, 6'foot tall white man with brown hair and blue eyes. And, he shouldn't be that hard to find because he has a tattoo around his right eye.
