After more than two weeks, a boil water notice in Mechanicville was lifted on Friday, but some residents are still saying they don't want to drink it, because it's still discolored and smells bad.
The city will be flushing hydrants today, and officials advise residents to run the water until it's clear.
The Department of Public Works says the water is safe to drink, and maintain there is nothing harmful in it.
