For years, many have wondered when the Capital Region will get a Chick-fil-A. Now, we know that the wait is almost over.
The Albany County Airport Authority gave approval to a contract with OHM Concession Group which bring Chick-Fil-A to Albany International Airport (beyond the security checkpoint) along with a Wolfgang Puck pizza franchise.
The Times Union reports that Chick-fil-A will replace Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen and Wolfgang Puck replaces Green Leaf’s Beyond Great Salads.
Both of the new concessions plan to open by March 1, 2018.
