Most users should be able to fill out this Application within Adobe. Choose "Tools", then "Fill & Sign". Fill out your application, then choose "Save As" & save it to your computer. Application can be saved & e-mailed in, printed, scanned & e-mailed, or printed & mailed through USPS. You also have the option to print the application & handwrite it in.
Final deadline for applications & tax-exempt letters is January 31, 2024.
