President Obama Speaks On Infrastructure Near New York's Tappan Zee Bridge

The FBI is reportedly looking into how some of the employees in Governor Cuomo’s Executive Chamber are paid.  The Times Union reports federal agents have spent months on the case, and are examining the practice of Executive Chamber staffers being paid by other State agencies, or by State authorities.  A Cuomo spokesman would not talk about the investigation, but said having agencies and authorities pay for Executive Chamber employees has gone on for more than 50 years.
