Chick-fil-A, the first one in this part of the state, is now open for business at Albany International.
However, there is a bit of a catch. It's located at the food court of Albany International Airport, on the OTHER side of the security line, which means you have to have a boarding pass in hand to access the restaurant.
So will we see a Chick-Fil-A on Wolf Road or Central Ave. any time soon? No official word on that yet, but one rumor is perhaps in 2020. In the meantime, you'll have to make a stop on your way out of town or, the closest one to the Capital Region is in Chicopee, Massachusetts.
