Rotterdam police say 34 year old Robert P Turner of Niskayuna entered the Pioneer Bank on Altamont Avenue on Friday morning implying that he had a weapon and demanding money from a bank teller. A weapon was not displayed and there were no injuries reported. Police say Turner fled with an undisclosed sum of money. Turner faces felony robbery and grand larceny charges. He was remanded to the custody of the Schenectady County Sheriff in lieu of bail.
