State police have made an arrest in a hit and run early yesterday morning. Troopers say 45 year old Jesse Labrake of Halfmoon is charged with leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both misdemeanors. According to police Labrake was behind the wheel of the 2008 Pontiac G6 that struck a pedestrian on Clifton Park Village Road. The pedestrian sustained non-life threatening injuries. Labrake was arraigned and sent to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of bail.
