Governor Cuomo will be dodging the snow on Tuesday as he has a scheduled a meeting with President Trump in Washington, D.C. to talk about the Federal tax changes that Cuomo says are hurting the state's fiscal balance sheet. Specifically, Cuomo says he will urge the President to reconsider a provision in the tax overhaul that sharply limits a federal deduction for state and local taxes.
Cuomo says the changes are prompting some wealthy New Yorkers to leave the State and Cuomo blames the Federal tax law for a $2.3 billion deficit in the state budget.
