Albany County Executive Dan McCoy tweeted earlier:
Despite the tragic loss of a county resident due to #COVID-19 overnight, based on the Capital Region Control Room call this morning & the data we’re seeing, I’m confident we'll be able to move into Phase 2 of reopening the economy on Wednesday.
Western New York is on track to enter phase two on Tuesday pending their final approval on numbers.
