A Change from Schenectady Mayor Gary McCarthy when it comes to the local curfew order that he put into the effect Sunday night for the possibility of violence in the city.
McCarthy on Sunday said that there would be a curfew in effect from 7pm to 6am through Friday. McCarthy rescinded the curfew order late Monday afternoon and also rescinded the state of emergency for the city.
