There’s some good news in Saratoga Springs.
It appears that City Hall will be reopening at the end of the month.
The building has been shut down since August of 2018 when flooding rains and a lightning strike heavily damaged the building.
The lightning strike started a fire that damaged part of the historic buildings roof, and allowed water to pour into the Third Floor.
City officials say the renovations have cost nearly $12 million, but they add it is worth it.
