Albany Police are investigating another shooting in the city. Police responded to shots fired at Clinton Street near Second Ave around 1:40 this morning.
Shortly after, Albany Med notified police a 35 year old man went to the emergency room with a gunshot wound to the shoulder.
Police say the victim at the hospital was the same man shot on Clinton Street. He was treated for non life threatening injuries. Police are still investigating.
