Locations Added & Removed from New York's Travel Advisory List

There's an update to New York's travel advisory.

Travelers from Hawaii, South Dakota, and the Virgin Islands will now have to quarantine for 14 days upon arrival in the state.

Alaska, New Mexico, Ohio, and Rhode Island have been removed.
