Two Capital Region bars were recently shut down for violating COVID-19 guidelines. The state Liquor Authority says Mark's Grill in Schenectady and Andy's Place in Albany were found to be operating a bar-only service with no dining.
Officials say patrons were found without face coverings at both locations. The establishments were fined, and their liquor licenses were suspended.
