NTSB Makes Schoharie Limo Crash Documents Public

The National Transportation Safety Board makes public the docket concerning the deadly Schoharie limosuine crash.

It consists of hundreds of pages of documents related to the October 6th, 2018 crash that took the lives of 20 people. Lawsuits have been filed against Prestige Limo operator Nauman Hussain as well as Mavis Discount Tires and the state departments of Transportation and Motor Vehicles.

On September 29, the NTSB will hold a hearing and vote on the findings of its investigation. A vote will also be held on whether to accept reccomendations on limosuine safety measures involving seatbelts.
