State Police say they responded to a one vehicle accident on Pierce Road near Ushers Road around 4:30 Wednesday afternoon.
Police say the driver, 24-year-old William Oates, was driving, when a tree came down and hit his car.
Oates was transported to Saratoga Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No other injuries were reported as a result of the incident. Police are still investigating.
