New York State Education Department has launched a new Parent Dashboard.
State Ed says the information will increase transparency and make it easier for parents and the public to get information about school performance. The website has data on student enrollment, average class size, assessment results and graduation rates among other items. This is an update to a previous webpage and State Ed says they will still be looking for feedback on ways to make it better.
