Governor Cuomo says New York is continuing to make solid progress in the fight against COVID-19.
He said Sunday the state has the third-lowest infection rate in the country just months after having the highest. In the Capital Region, the coronavirus-positivity rate has hovered around one-percent for the last few days. Since the pandemic started, New York State has seen 509,000 confirmed infections and 25,000 deaths.
