COVID-19 cases are being reported in connection to a reality show being filmed in the Capital Region.
Three additional COVID cases have been reported in Albany County and two have been reported in Rensselaer in connection to the Real Estate Commission Reality Show. The production has been taped at the Desmond Hotel over the past month. An anonymous participant spoke to News 10 ABC saying that they chose to leave the show over the show's lack of COVID-19 guidelines. The Desmond has said it appeared protocols were being followed, Albany County officials are still investigating.
