After a recent rise, Governor Cuomo says the statewide COVID-19 positivity rate is declining slightly.
Right now, it's at 2.8%, a drop from around 3% just a few days ago. Locally, the positivity rate has been over 2% the last few days. The governor says success against the virus depends on everyone doing their part to protect themselves and others.
