Thanksgiving is less than a week away, and so is the start of the Troy Turkey Trot.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 73rd annual event will be held virtually this year. Competitors will need to download an app to help them complete the course using GPS and record their time and other data. The race is scheduled to begin next Thursday and results will be posted the following Sunday. So far, about 2,000 people have signed up to run.
