New data shows Albany County is continuing to struggle with containing the coronavirus.
County Executive Dan McCoy announced 159 new infections Tuesday, the largest one-day increase since the health crisis started. The record for hospitalizations was also set with 76 people now receiving treatment. Making things even worse, two more people have passed away, bringing the death toll to 160.
