Nurses at Albany Med make good on their threat to strike.

Their self-imposed work stoppage is scheduled to end Wednesday. Nurses walked off the job due to an ongoing contract dispute with the hospital and concerns not enough is being done to protect them from COVID-19. Temporary workers were called in to make sure patient care wasn't affected during the strike.
