Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan is calling for a change of where the Capital Holiday Lights in the Park are held next year.
For the past 24 years, people have driven through Washington Park to check out the over 100 colorful displays. But the mayor says there's just too much traffic in the area now since the event attracts roughly 100-thousand people annually. Sheehan says one possible location could be state office campus located a few miles away from the park.
