Albany police have released the name of their city's latest homicide victim.
They say 23-year-old Uizaie Brigman was found in a vehicle late Monday night near Ontario Street and Hamilton Street. Brigman was pronounced dead just moments after first responders arrived. No arrests have been made in connection with Brigman's killing. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 518-462-8039.
