A Capital Region man is in some serious trouble with the law after being arrested by the FBI.
The agency's Albany office says 26-year-old Brandon Fellows was involved in the recent violent riot at the U.S. Capitol building. Investigators say Fellows posted several messages on social media revealing he was at the January 6th protest that led to the deaths of five people and dozens of arrests. He's scheduled to face a judge in the Northern District of New York Tuesday.
