Warren County deputies are trying to figure out what caused a crash that left four people hurt.

Officials say a minivan was traveling on Route 418 in Thurman Thursday when it slammed into a fuel truck making a home oil delivery. All four victims were taken to nearby hospitals to be treated for serious injuries. Police don't believe speed or alcohol were factors in the accident and are asking any witnesses to contact them.
