Tuesday morning, members of the Assembly Judiciary Committee will be meeting with the lawyers hired to handle the impeachment investigation into Governor Cuomo.
Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie announced last week the office of Davis Polk and Wardwell will look into sexual harassment claims made against the governor. The attorneys will also reportedly investigate how the governor's administration handled nursing home patients in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.
