Troy officials have identified the seven-year-old boy who lost his life during a weekend fire.
They say Connor White was the victim of Sunday's blaze that damaged several buildings on Fourth Street in the city. White's family has already set up a GoFundMe to help his surviving relatives with expenses. The fire also displaced 20 people who have been getting assistance from the American Red Cross. Just what sparked the flames is still under investigation.
