Three houses catch fire in the City of Troy Tuesday night, sending five people from their homes.
It broke out on Ninth Street and the middle building has collapsed. The Red Cross is helping three adults and two children. The Troy community is still dealing with the loss of a young boy's life in a weekend fire on Fourth Street. 20 people were displaced in that fire after four buildings were damaged.
