Governor Cuomo says state health officials are reviewing new mask guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

On Thursday, the health agency announced people who are fully vaccinated no longer have to wear a mask outdoors or in most indoor settings. However, facial coverings are still required in hospitals or on buses and planes. The governor says New York's medical experts will keep following facts and science to guide the recovery from the pandemic.
