Federal investigators are seeking information regarding Governor Cuomo's coronavirus nursing home policies and COVID book deal.
The Wall Street Journal reports investigators have subpoenaed material from Cuomo's top aides. The Journal reports subpoenas were sent to people involved in the early drafts of his book on pandemic leadership and other materials used to pitch the book. Cuomo has been accused of hiding the number of coronavirus nursing home deaths and is being questioned on his five million dollar book deal.
